The Marquis de Villalobar, Spanish Ambassador, lived in this building from 1913 to 1919. During the Great War he made this the centre of the kind deeds of S.M. the king Alphonse XIII and of his own work on behalf of the Belgian population. Gratitude from the Belgian-Spanish Association.
