This 19th century theatre has been undergoing renovation for at least a year and is not due to come out from under wraps until July 2003 so we decided to record the memorials that can be seen, recognising that there may be others. At the top of the building is inscribed: VLAAMSCHE SCHOUWBURG (Flemish Theatre). The three busts are arranged along the front of the building, left to right: Ogier, Van Den Vondel and Langendyck.
