Stone: Secularised Etterbeek
This is hidden away inside a small garden (or dog’s lavatory). Etterbeek is the local council (commune) and, although education is not specifically mentioned, Etterbeek seems to have been committed to secularisation long before the French government implemented its law on hajibs (muslim headscarves) in schools in 2004.
